Hello! I am a Spanish-born writer, comedian, and maker living in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Both my writing and stand-up material explore the absurdities of modern life, especially the tension between our need for validation and my personal attempt to thrive as a creative without social media. As a trilingual artist (English, Spanish, and French), I love unpacking identity through language and confronting life’s more pressing dilemmas, like: Why does being 5,000 km away from my family feel so good? What’s behind the urge to change my hair colour every three months? And why do bus drivers always salute each other?
I publish a bi-monthly newsletter called Sad Little Life, where I share humorous personal essays on whatever grabs my attention, from farting in front of your partner to resisting the siren call of fast fashion.
Because I love making things, I also run an online shop called Studio Croquette (coming soon) where I design and sell cool things like beaded earrings and necklaces, zines, badges, and stickers. I don’t believe in being defined by just one thing. As a multi-hyphenate artist, I’m most at home juggling multiple creative paths - writing, performing, crafting, vlogging, designing, and whatever else catches my curiosity. For me, exploring different disciplines isn’t a distraction; it’s how I make sense of the world. Each project feeds the others, and together they form a fuller, more honest version of who I am.
